Jibril Enterprise, led by West Africa botanical explorer Jibril Abdul Razak, has been serving customers across more than 40 countries since its registration in 2018. Our commitment extends beyond merely providing quality products and services; we strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure complete satisfaction. In 2018, I took the significant step of registering my business with the Registrar General Department Ghana, obtaining the business registration number BN062572018. Since then, I have wholeheartedly embraced this role and committed myself to it. Through my writings, I aim to share my passions, thoughts, and inquisitive musings about my beloved continent, Africa.
The establishment of Jibril Enterprise was driven by a mission to provide others with a glimpse into my mind and experiences. It has been an incredible journey of success ever since. My vision revolves around ensuring global food security, increasing the availability of organic produce, preserving endangered species and varieties, and fostering a deeper appreciation for biodiversity. To accomplish this, we distribute African wild edible fruits and vegetables to the general public, farmers, and researchers. By bringing these indigenous plants into domestication, we aim to ensure the availability of organic produce while developing food systems that harmonize with nature, thereby contributing to more sustainable ecosystems.
To fulfill my visions, I maintain a special trial garden. In this garden, I cultivate over 200 different African plant species and varieties, observing their behavior not only in Ghana but also in various parts of the world. This experimental approach allows me to better understand the potential of these plants, their adaptability, and their contribution to the sustainable cultivation of indigenous crops.

Returns & exchanges: I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery, I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
SHIPPING INFO
SHIPPING DETAILS: I offer shipping services through UPS, DHL, EMS, and Registered mail, ensuring safe and reliable delivery. Once your order is shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number for easy monitoring.
SHIPPING DURATION: Deliveries to USA and Europe typically take 2 weeks or less via Registered mail, while shipments to Asia generally take 3-4 weeks or less. Please note that these estimates are based on regular shipping methods.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: For expedited delivery worldwide, UPS , DHL and EMS options are available. With UPS, DHL and EMS, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 working days. However, please be aware that occasional delays due to customs are possible.
NOTE: If you prefer express shipping through UPS, DHL and EMS, additional shipping costs will apply. Please let me know if you would like to opt for express shipping when placing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION: Once your order has been shipped, I regret to inform you that cancellations are no longer possible.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION: When shipping plant seeds from Ghana, a phyto certificate is a mandatory requirement. This ensures compliance with international regulations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If your country has strict regulations regarding seed imports, please inform me of the necessary requirements. Kindly note that I cannot be held responsible if your package is seized during inspection by your country's authorities.
Rest assured that all the seeds I provide are fresh and viable. Prior to being sold, they undergo germination testing. Many of these seeds are sourced from the wild and are currently being cultivated. I guarantee the freshness and viability of the seeds. However, if for any reason your germination rate is unexpectedly low, please contact me for a free replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping and phyto certification costs associated with the replacement.
NOTE: If you are located in Australia, Colombia, or South America countries, kindly reach out to me before making a purchase. Registered mail shipping is not available to these destinations, and express shipping will be required for delivery.
