Shipping Info
SHIPPING DETAILS: We offer shipping services through UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, and Registered mail, ensuring safe and reliable delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for easy monitoring.
SHIPPING DURATION: Deliveries to the USA and Europe typically take 2 weeks or less via Registered mail, while shipments to Asia generally take 3-4 weeks or less. Please note that these estimates are based on regular shipping methods.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: For expedited delivery worldwide, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and EMS options are available. With UPS, FedEx, DHL, and EMS, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 working days. However, please be aware that occasional delays due to customs are possible.
NOTE: If you prefer express shipping through UPS, FedEx, DHL, or EMS, additional shipping costs will apply. Please let me know if you would like to opt for express shipping when placing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION: Once your order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that cancellations are no longer possible.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION: When shipping plant seeds from Ghana, a phytosanitary certificate is a mandatory required. This ensures compliance with international regulations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If your country has strict regulations regarding seed imports, please inform me of the necessary requirements. Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible if your package is seized during inspection by your country's authorities.
Rest assured that all the seeds we provide are fresh and viable. Before being sold, they undergo germination testing. Many of these seeds are sourced from the wild and are currently being cultivated. We guarantee the freshness and viability of the seeds. However, if for any reason your germination rate is unexpectedly low, please contact us for a free replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping and phyto certification costs associated with the replacement.
NOTE: If you are located in Australia, Colombia, or South American countries, or African countries, kindly reach out to us before making a purchase. Registered mail shipping is not available to these destinations, and express shipping will be required for delivery.

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations; however, don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you experience any issues with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
